The next rover to explore Mars has been proposed to launch in 2020. The primary goal of the mission is to better understand the geologic and climate history of Mars including the identification of potential signs of past life on Mars.

Join this seminar to discover how the Scanning Habitable Environments with Raman & Luminescence for Organics and Chemicals (SHERLOC) investigation will assist NASA to the detect and classify organics and astrobiologically relevant minerals on the surface and near subsurface of Mars.
